High-Tech Ⅰ Fundamental research
Outstanding tires are born out of finest raw materials. To manufacture a set of tires, over 100 types of different feedstocks, including rubber as the basic material, are required. Hankook Tire conducts element analysis of various feedstocks and a complete range of fundamental research to ensure that tires are completely safe.

Hankook Tire tests the physical properties and characteristics of the compounds and rubber developed through intense fundamental research. We conduct a wide range of developments and tests, and analyze the chemical structure of varying additives to take the performance of our compounds to the highest pitch.
